Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray- It is just 9.4 mm thin and weighing 100g, the dimunitive Ray has a crisp 3.3 inch 480x854 resolution screen, an 8.1-MP snapper with 720p video recording capabilities and a front-facing VGA cam. This phone is powered by a 1GHZ Qualcomm MSM8255, a Snapdragon S2 class chipset, and has a Li-Ion 1500 mAh battery.
