   In this blog entry I’m gonna help those who got lost while driving the cycle without the route. In San Francisco a smart phone was shown that cyclist who wants to log their distance, it helps them if they get lost via smart phone or satellite navigation device. This app is named as Skobbler.

This app is just like with car navigation systems here, the trend with cyclists is for smart phone apps as an alternative to special navigation devices. It is useful for measuring the trip we can keep in the pocket and it gets ride of risk running about biking with a mobile in hand. If mobile is risky to keep in hand so this navigation device can mount it on the handlebar. 

   You think it spoils the mobile when it fixed on the handlebar but it’s not there is a variety of waterproof universal holders for most models which secures from bad whether condition. This app is great for cyclists in a foreign country. It avoids from getting stuck in heavy traffic on the main streets. it is good for longer bike tours. It replaces the map and its getting more and more common for people to use it.

   It allows users to save information about specific points on a trail and then email that data, or even an entire route map. This app does not only benefits of showing the previous tours it also shows the entire kilometer count.

   This Skobbler is available for both the iphone and Android mobiles. It uses map material from the OpenStreetMap project and customizes it for bicycle navigation , although the data is not specialized for such use.

   It install routes stored in a GPX format and follow them. Here the BBBike.org project is busy trying to come up with a route planner for cyclists based on the data. Once a start and end point is entered, a route is generated and displayed as a map. It is easy to recharge the phone with the energy generated by the act of cycling, using a dynamo.

   Here small package can be placed in a backpack to charge the smart phone during the trip. So it makes us a easy trip along with safe and on-time destination. It plays a role as a rescuer, i think you all liked this technology, in future many of us depend on cycle so better to know these information, Eco-friendly to our earth.
