Fastest In The World!

Sony NEX-5N
   Sony has announced a new compact system camera – NEX-5N to slot into its existing NEX line-up, with the latest Sony NEX-5N featuring an improved 16.1 megapixel APS-C sensor compared to its 14.2 megapixel predecessor NEX-5. It is made from light magnesium alloy, the Nex-5N is just 23.3mm at the slimmest point and i same quick shutter lag as found on the new Nex-7. With a release time lag of just 0.02 seconds, it is the fastest in the world. An improved autofocus algorhythm doubles the readout speed from the image sensor and results in an AF that is significantly faster than the current NEX-5 model.

   It is the fourth model in Sony's NEX line of APS-C format mirrorless interchangeable lens cameras. NEX-5N and NEX-C3 are more like cousins and NEX-5N also offers the option of using an electronic first-curtain shutter that promises to substantially reduce shutter lag.

   The two most significant changes to the NEX-5N compared to the NEX-5 areits new sensor, which we have been very impressed by in the NEX-C3, and the addition of a touch interface. When images of the first NEX cameras appeared, many people assumed their lack of buttons indicated touch-sensitive operation, so it's interesting to see a touchscreen finally appearing on the 5N.

   This is great! NEX-5N is actually a different camera and its worthy with its highlights and interesting model which attracts the consumers.

MAGICAL DEVICE

 Omniocular used in Harry Potter

    In London, on August 21st Scientists has developed binoculars which can be pause, rewind and playback whatever we are viewing, this magical device used by the schoolboy wizard in Harry Potter.

   This digital devices are developed by the researchers at Sony which could revolutionise birdwatching, horse racing, cricket and even opera.

   In the movie Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Potter uses similar magical device which was called as Omniocular which is used to watch his favourite sport of
Quidditch. The developers of new device claimed that it allows a birdwatcher to record a sighting of a rare species and then send proof to other twitchers within minutes. GPS receiver also notes the position of the sighting of the birdwatcher.

  This device will let golf and cricket spectators to enjoy their own action-replays at live tournaments or test matches. This technology also allows music fans to record and watch concerts in 3D, while recording the sound in stereo.

   Electronic giant Sony said its "vinoculars" or "video binoculars" which are the first device of their kind in the world. The conventional models which rely on two sets of lenses side by side to make distant objects appear closer, the hi-tech version captures images using two miniature cameras positioned in parallel. The captured images are displayed live on high-definition screens in the eyepieces, mimicking the look and experience of traditional binoculars.

   But at the press of a button the glasses record images either in ordinary video or in 3D, which can then be played back on a 3D television. The vinoculars can also capture still photographs, with all images and videos saved to a memory stick. Because they can record sound, birdwatchers will be able to capture birdsong and also sports fans will be able to record the reaction of spectators. And there won’t be the usual frustrating fiddle to bring an image into focus, as the vinoculars also come with electronic autofocus and “steadyshot” technology to stop images shaking even when magnified up to 20 times.

   I think this will be a useful information to all of them and it also be a magical device to all of us, similar in the movie of Harry Potter . This device will be worth and i thank to the researchers at Sony who developed.......
