Samsung is Launching the New Galaxy Nexus On December 15th!!!!

From past few days, Samsung was postponing its new Galaxy Nexus launch and finally they’ve fixed the date on December 15^th. This Ice Cream Sandwich phone will hit Verizon stores on Dec 15^th and this is going to be a Christmas gift to all and it is also said that Samsung Galaxy Nexus is the latest “Google phone” that serves as the bench-setter for Android devices.

On December 9^th was the given release date for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus and postponed to Dec 15^th that is coming soon. This sale will be for $299 with a two-year contract. Now it has come with rich graphics and controls.  We can also restrict background data for individual apps and web browsing is at our fingertips.

BenQ Joybee GP2 Mini Projector: For Presentation, Sharing and Entertainment!!!

I would like to share about the mini projector that doubles as iPhone/iPod charging dock, and this model was from BenQ. To know about the projector, firstly, it’s great and if we want to share the content with others in the same room it does, it really assures to be compatible with our iOS devices. It is an ultra portable mini projector that is based on DLP projection system.

 And this mini projector has 1280x800 native resolutions and 3 LED lamps that have 30,000 hours of lifespan, 2400: 1 contrast ratio, 200 ANSI lumens brightness and it can project up to 160-inch image size. It also said that Joybee GP2 works as a charging dock for iPhone/iPod and it supports media playback.

 This projector is supported by those formats that include MP3, WMA, APE, FLAC, OGG, WAV, JPG, BMP, PNG and FLV media formats. It can project up to 160-inch image size.  This Joybee GP2 mini projector comes with 2GB of internal memory, but it also has a SD/SDHC card reader, USB HOST port and a USB port. This mini projector also comes with D-Sub, Composite video, HDMI 1.3 inputs and built-in 2Wx2 Stereo speakers.

 It’s a neat little portable projector that is able to display some impressive visuals from video games and Blu-ray movies.  It sounds perfect for dorm room and it also comes with an optional battery, which BenQ claims provides three hours of playback. For this Joybee GP2, they’ve included a carrying case for the power supply. It features the same black and white housing with the addition of a plethora of enhancements.  

 In this, a USB display feature allows us to connect our projector to our computer via USB cable, no drive required, while the USB file transfer function allows us to transfer multimedia files to the projector’s 2GB of on-board memory storage. It can be used for presentation, sharing and also entertainment. And its pricing, availability and the release date is still mystery.

Will 3 Man Chess Makes Us 2 Forgot Orthodox Chess?????

We all know that chess can be played by two opponents, but the technology has really improved and changed our view by introducing the 3 MAN CHESS. Finally, a Chess variant board has developed that accommodates three players. It is a round shape chess board designed for 3 players. 3 Man Chess can be also said the one unique chess game that allows 3 players to compete in the rounded battle ground to take down the other two opponents.

 This 3 Man Chess comes in black, white and this is normal in all chess game but it has added the color grey. It has minor changes when talking about the rules and that are very straightforward and easy to understand. The game comes with a nice, laminated circular board, a large felt carrying case, three sets of nice quality, plastic chess pieces with three different colors and instructions.

 The game board consists of 6 concentric ranks of 24 squares each and three conventional teams of 16 pieces border each other adjacently on the outer 2 ranks; the teams are separated and protected from each other by impassable “moats.” Defense is crucial since a diagonal move through the center, or a horizontal move around the center can sneak up behind you.  A player can be checkmated by a combination of both other players or ultimately one player can checkmate both other players at the same time.

 

The board seems to be true wood but digitally printed directly onto a 19 1/8 inch (485 mm) diameter, 1/8 inch (3 mm) thick round piece of extruded PVC that has been cut and hinged with a cloth tape to fold into thirds. Pieces of each set consists of 48 pieces comprising 3 teams of 16 pieces each. All pieces are solid plastic with felt bottoms. Storeshelf box include gameboard, pieces and rules. This is going to be a quite interesting game than orthodox chess, but I prefer orthodox chess which I’ve addicted too. Anyhow, I need to try 3 Man Chess atleast once.
